Meet the LubriSynHA Team

The LubriSynHA Family of Products is developed by, approved, and trusted by a team of industry experts with decades of experience between them all.

Dr. Steven Allday, DVM

Founder | CEO

Dr. Steven Allday’s veterinary career has been long, groundbreaking, and always newsworthy. He is, unquestionably, one of the top professionals in his field, whose roles extend beyond that of a racetrack veterinarian. He is an entrepreneur, an advisor, a roper, a family man, an industry expert, and an employer.

LubriSynHA Joint, LubriSynHA Topical, A-Ha! Lip Balm, and Re-Borne Whole Bovine Colostrum were built out of Dr. Allday’s desire to provide safe, effective, and affordable products that he himself would be proud to use.

Dr. Allday resides in Shelbyville, Kentucky with his wife Kim, their three Great Danes, two miniature donkeys, his roping horses, and several chickens.

Christian Ackman

Brand Manager & Customer Service

Growing up in Louisville, KY, Christian has been engaged in the horse industry for most of her life. Riding and showing Hunter/Jumper horses occupied much of her upbringing & gave her opportunities to immerse herself in the industry. Her first jobs include several farm positions, assisting with the daily responsibilities and activities involved in managing a horse farm. Her lifelong passion for animals led her to pursue a career in the field.

In 2013, Christian received her Bachelor of Science in Equine Science & Management from the University of Kentucky. Upon graduating, she began her career in the equestrian retail industry, until joining the LubriSynHA team in 2017. Since then, she acquired her Master’s in Business Administration from Midway University in 2019. Her experiences & education play a pivotal role in day to day operations at LubriSynHA.

Christian still enjoys riding & competing horses in her spare time, along with pampering her retired Thoroughbred, Rosco. She enjoys spending time outdoors & on the water with her fiancé, Kyle & their three dogs, Jack, Molly & Chuck.

Lori Montie

Office Manager, Customer Service & Trade Show Support

I saw the Kentucky Derby for the first time when I was eight years old and decided to become jockey. After graduating from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Natural Resource Communications, I began the journey to make my dream come true and started working with racehorses. I traveled up and down the East Coast and all over the Midwest. I galloped for numerous trainers for almost 30 years, but one of the coolest experiences was working for Secretariat’s trainer, Lucian Lauren.

After a brief, unsuccessful career as a jockey (although I did win a few races ?), I moved back to Kentucky and galloped horses for a living. Knowing I could not gallop forever, I dabbled in an MBA program and computer technology. I worked in public relations for a couple race tracks, as well as design and tech support for an online learning company. For the past eight years, I have worked for LubrisynHA in customer service and trade show support. I spend most of my personal time working with my horse, giving Magna Wave treatments at my barn, and taking care of my four cats.
