Meet the LubriSynHA Team

The LubriSynHA Family of Products is developed by, approved, and trusted by a team of industry experts with decades of experience between them all.

Dr. Steven Allday, DVM

Founder | CEO

Dr. Steven Allday’s veterinary career has been long, groundbreaking, and always newsworthy. He is, unquestionably, one of the top professionals in his field, whose roles extend beyond that of a racetrack veterinarian. He is an entrepreneur, an advisor, a roper, a family man, an industry expert, and an employer.

LubriSynHA Joint, LubriSynHA Topical, A-Ha! Lip Balm, and Re-Borne Whole Bovine Colostrum were built out of Dr. Allday’s desire to provide safe, effective, and affordable products that he himself would be proud to use.

Dr. Allday resides in Shelbyville, Kentucky with his wife, Kim, their three Great Danes, two miniature donkeys, and his roping horses.

Kimberly Allday

COO

Kim has always had a passion for helping animals. With 4 great dane rescues, 2 mini donkeys and several grand-dogs, she fulfills that passion through them and with LubriSyn.

Kim met Dr. Allday while they were both attending Texas A&M where Kim was studying horticulture. With a shared love for horses, they began following the racetrack, moving 20 times in as many years. After settling down in Kentucky, where they’ve lived for the past 25 years, LubriSyn found a home in Simpsonville.

Alex Hassinger

VP of Sales & Business Development

Not only has Alex spent his entire life around horses and has deep family roots in the sport, but he also spent over 20 years as a thoroughbred trainer. He worked and studied under Hall of Fame trainer, Charlie Wittingham and later went on to train multiple Breeders’ Cup winners.

Alex is an integral part of the LubriSynHA Family. When he isn’t attending trade shows or coming up with creative business ideas, he is spending time listening to live music in New Braunfels, Texas with his beautiful wife Anne, and their Old English Bulldogge, Bailey.

Riding and showing Hunter/Jumper horses occupied much of her upbringing & gave her opportunities to immerse herself in the industry. Her first jobs include several farm positions, assisting with the daily responsibilities and activities involved in managing a horse farm. Her lifelong passion for animals led her to pursue a career in the field.

In 2013, Christian received her Bachelor of Science in Equine Science & Management from the University of Kentucky. Upon graduating, she began her career in the equestrian retail industry, until joining the LubriSynHA team in 2017. Since then, she acquired her Master’s in Business Administration from Midway University in 2019. Her experiences & education play a pivotal role in day to day operations at LubriSynHA.

Christian still enjoys riding & competing horses in her spare time, along with pampering her retired Thoroughbred, Rosco, and her newest addition, Junior (click here to learn about him). She enjoys spending time outdoors & on the water with her fiancé, Kyle & their three dogs, Jack, Molly & their new puppy, Henry.

Jackie Furlong

Jackie is a transplant from Minnesota where she grew up riding AQHA show horses in western all around events. She traveled much of her life, training horses in Texas, Minnesota, North Dakota and landed in Kentucky, where she met her now husband of ten years. The couple has two beautiful children, Elijah and Harper, two mutts (Opie and Mustard), and 3 horses (Nina, Carolina and Flapjack), who her son now shows in local shows in the state.
